We believe in keeping a pristine and hygienic atmosphere in our production facility; hence, we employ the latest cutting edge technologies in our milking shed so as to guarantee that our milk does not catch any bacteria. We First Procure Milk from our Desi Cows, Boils them in Mitti Haandi for 6-7 Hrs. Afterwards, Curd is set overnight and then the curd is churned using wooden chandan churner. At last the yellow makkhan is boiled in mitti haandi on cow dung cakes to get pure A2 Cow Ghee. We operate a minimum no-contact production rule because we know that untouched milk is the best quality milk with zero impurity or contamination. That is the reason our brand is synonymous with purity and health

  • Shri G ghee is hand-churned from the milk of grass-fed Sahiwal cows at the dairy firm. The cows are allowed to free graze and feed their calves. Only the excess milk is then used to make our premium ghee.
  • The premium A2 milk from the Sahiwal cows is first turned into curd by using a microbe culture. We then hand-churn the curd for hours to separate the butter before boiling it to turn it into ghee.

What Is A2 Ghee?

A2 Ghee is Desi or Gir Cow Ghee made through ancient Indian, natural ghee making methods using the 100% natural processes. It is made by traditionally hand churning of curd made with native Indian – Deshi Cow A2 milk. It has several health and dietary benefits

Why A2 Deshi Cow Ghee is so costly?

According to Dairy experts, due to lack of grazing land and the principles of cow farming in India, the production cost of indigenous cow’s milk is approx 40-45 rupees/ liter. Against this, there are at least 25-30 liters of milk used to make 1 kg of ghee because of very low fat in cow’s milk. According to this mathematics, the production cost of deshi cow’s ghee is minimum rs 1000-1200 rupees per kilogram. widely available commercial ghee in the indian market called as ‘DESI GHEE” is not A2 GHEE.
